Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the address listed in the withdrawal form.
If your return is accepted, you will need to create your own return label and send the package to the address indicated in the withdrawal form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate order.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns & Refunds Policy / Withdrawal Form
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without stating any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear statement.

The refund will be made no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the order. No fees will be charged for the refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
Please ensure the goods meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

Exclusions from Return
Returns are excluded in the following cases:

Goods made to customer specifications.

Goods not suitable for return, e.g., perishable goods or goods past their expiry date.

Goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal was removed after delivery.

Goods which, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that do not meet the conditions above or for which a return is excluded.

We assume no liability for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend using a postal service that offers shipping insurance and proof of shipment. Without actual receipt of the goods or proof of shipment, no refund can be issued.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift voucher will be issued to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift at purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
